SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders within the continental United States will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order once it ships. All merchandise will be shipped via USPS, first class mail. In the unfortunate event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed of the reason for the delay. If you need any further information concerning the shipment of your item, please do not hesitate to contact me. Insurance is not offered on any item. If the buyer is requesting this service, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for this service. I do offer Combined Shipping Discounts, please contact MsBiz for your proper discounted pricing.
RETURN POLICY:
MsBiz11 strives to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchased item. We will accept returns on merchandise (excluding special offers or promotional items) within 3 days of item receipt. Please email MsBiz11 stating the full reasons for your refund, the full purchase price (excluding shipping) to receive a RAN # for your return. Items without a RAN # will not be accepted for refund. All items must be returned in their original packaged condition, in resellable condition, and with no items missing or damaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is a 15% Restocking Fee on all returned items. All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.
